The program, itinerary, activities, schedules, venues, and services are subject to change based on the needs and decisions of the Miss Universe Organization and/or the tour operator, without prior notice. All decisions made by the Organization shall be final.

Credit and debit card payments

All credit and debit card payments must be made in USD through the secure payment link provided by Travel Time Agencia de Viajes S.A. de C.V. via www.traveltime.com.mx. The cardholder confirms that they are authorized to make the transaction and expressly agrees to the corresponding charge. Any fees, additional charges, or exchange rate differences imposed by the cardholder's financial institution shall be the cardholder's responsibility. The purchase will only be considered confirmed once the payment has been authorized and Travel Time has issued the corresponding confirmation.

Changes, cancellations & refunds

All sales are final. Purchases are non-refundable, non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-modifiable, unless expressly stated otherwise by the Miss Universe Organization, event promoter, or responsible operator. Once a purchase has been confirmed, no changes, substitutions, or refunds will be permitted, even if the customer does not use all or part of the purchased services, admissions, or experiences. Before making payment, customers must carefully review all purchase details, including the experience, number of participants, dates, city, events, and included services.

Security & fraud prevention

All transactions are subject to validation and authorization by the relevant financial institution and/or payment platform. If an irregular, unauthorized, or potentially fraudulent transaction is detected, Travel Time reserves the right to cancel the purchase without prior notice. In the event of a chargeback or disputed transaction, Travel Time may submit the relevant purchase documentation and evidence of the customer's acceptance of these Terms & Conditions to the financial institution.

Event changes or cancellations

In the event of an event cancellation, suspension, rescheduling, or modification at the discretion of the Miss Universe Organization, promoters, producers, or responsible operators, any refund will be subject to the policies and conditions established by the entity responsible for the event. Travel Time shall not be held responsible for any changes to event dates, venues, schedules, participants, activities, or any other modifications made by the parties responsible for the event.

Liability

Travel Time Agencia de Viajes S.A. de C.V. acts as an independent company responsible for the sale and marketing of the experiences and/or services purchased.

Travel Time is not an event organizer or producer and, therefore, shall not be held responsible for the content, quality, scheduling, participants, execution, or modifications of any event.

Acceptance

By completing the payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions of Sale, as well as the specific conditions applicable to the purchased experience.
