Itinerary subject to change according to the needs of the Miss Universe Organization and tour operator without prior notice. The organization's decisions are final. All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances without exceptions.

Payments with CREDIT CARD in MXN:

Payments must be made in MXN through a secure credit card payment link at www.traveltime.com.mx. The exchange rate reflected in your statements will depend on your credit card bank.

Once the purchase is completed, no CHANGES, REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS OR CANCELLATIONS will be made, even if you do not collect or print the purchased tickets or do not use them. Please review the number of tickets, city, event, date, and section before making the payment.

Upon warning from the issuing bank, in the case of possible fraud, Travel Time Agencia de Viajes S.A. de C.V. may cancel such purchases without prior notice and without any liability. In the event that a charge has been made to the Client's credit or debit card for purchases that are canceled in these cases, the Client will be refunded all charges made, without the possibility of entering the acquired event.

In the event of cancellation, suspension, or any change to the event (such as postponed events), the promoters and/or operators of the venue will be solely responsible for making the corresponding refunds, releasing Travel Time Agencia de Viajes S.A. de C.V. from any responsibility.

Purchasing experiences through the Travel Time Agencia de Viajes S.A. de C.V. website is subject to verification of the personal and card data provided by the client and authorization by the bank issuing the credit or debit card. If the personal or card data provided by the client do not match the issuing bank’s records, or the bank does not authorize the charge, the purchase will not be processed or finalized, and the tickets will be returned for public sale without any responsibility for Travel Time Agencia de Viajes S.A. de C.V.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the Privacy Notice of www.traveltime.com.mx. Travel Time Agencia de Viajes S.A. de C.V. is not responsible or otherwise legally liable for any use or disclosure of your contact or financial information by a third party with whom Travel Time Agencia de Viajes S.A. de C.V. is permitted to disclose such information under the Privacy Notice.
